This is a 4x4 trifold brochure or rack/take holder that we attach to the side or front of box of the box. Can be used to hold loose entry slips as well. This product is bonded to the box or display, so it must be ordered at time of box or display purchase so we can add it to your item. *Normally attached to the right side of plastic box. If you wish to attach to left side please let us know in the special instructions.

 

This item will not work with a cardboard box, but we have a similar product that you can use with a cardboard box.
